Balkan Grill Club – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

Balkan Grill Club Membership (“Membership”) is an exclusive loyalty program offered by Balkan Grill. By purchasing or using a Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older.

• Membership is limited to one per person.

• Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

3. Membership Benefits

Members are entitled to the following benefits:

• 5% discount on total food and beverage bill

• 10% discount on group bookings of 10 or more guests

• Priority reservations (subject to availability)

• Exclusive access to selected promotions, events, and seasonal offers

• Complimentary birthday reward (subject to availability and conditions)

4. Usage Conditions

• Membership must be presented at the time of ordering or billing.

• Discounts apply only to the member’s portion of the bill unless otherwise stated.

• Membership benefits cannot be shared with non-members.

• Benefits are valid only at participating Balkan Grill locations.

5. Exclusions

• Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

• Not valid on public holidays, special event days, or pre-set menu functions unless otherwise specified.

• Excludes takeaway, delivery, and third-party platforms unless stated.

• Certain menu items or promotions may be excluded at management discretion.

6. Membership Fees & Validity

• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No extensions will be granted for unused time.

7. Birthday Reward

• Valid only during the member’s birthday month.

• Must be redeemed in-venue with valid identification.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other offers.

8. Suspension & Termination

Balkan Grill reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any Membership for misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms

• Refuse service if Membership is used fraudulently or inappropriately

9. Changes to Terms

Balkan Grill reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Membership program or any benefits at any time without prior notice.

10. Liability

Balkan Grill is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen Memberships

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of Membership

11. Privacy

Member information will be collected and used in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Balkan Grill’s privacy policy.
